In this session, Stefan Lehmann-Karp will explore how corporate VC groups operate, what motivates their investment strategies, and how they balance financial return with strategic fit. You’ll gain insight into how large companies use venture capital to drive innovation, the unique decision-making process behind corporate investments, and how startups can position themselves for success in this space.
