Strong governance is essential for organizational success. In this session, governance expert Lori Tiller will explain how boards function, what they’re responsible for, and how to manage them effectively as a company leader. While her expertise comes from the nonprofit world, the lessons apply broadly to startups and established businesses alike. Participants will come away with a clearer sense of board roles, legal responsibilities, and how to build a governance structure that supports long-term growth.
